The not so secret ingredient of the evening is coconut, and each chef will prepare an appetizer, main course, and dessert that incorporates some form of this ingredient. Expect bold flavors and prepare to have your taste buds rocked!

Chef Wilma fulfills her passion for food as the owner of Citizen Cook, which offers personal chef and catering services in the DMV. She believes in sourcing from local, organic, seasonal and sustainable products and practices. NPR launched its Hot Pot video series in June with her cooking memories and her vision to serve healthy and gourmet Filipino food. When not cooking, she works as a journalist and a Zumba instructor.
Chef Skiz, who guided Anthony Bourdain around Sri Lanka, for an episode of No Reservations, is the author of the New York Times notable cookbook, Rice & Curry: Sri Lankan Home Cooking (Hippocrene Books). He teaches cooking classes, markets his signature spice blends, and is a one-man army when it comes to promoting the cuisine of his homeland, as well as other global cuisines that he loves.
