Back by popular demand, Chef & Gastronaut Skiz Fernando returns to the Tasting Room of the Peabody Heights Brewery in Charles Village/Waverly to serve another incredible "Rice & Curry" feast for the hometown crowd in Baltimore. Spicy Sri Lankan food pairs well with the full range of craft beers produced by Peabody Heights, so enjoy some local libations along with your meal at the cash bar.

Appetizers:
Chinese Rolls -- A Sri Lankan version of an egg roll with a spicy, ground beef and potato filling; served with a sweet & spicy tamarind sauce. The vegetarian version is filled with cabbage.
Main Dishes:
Steamed, fragrant Basmathi rice
Chicken Curry – tender chunks of bone-in chicken in a rich gravy
Sour fish curry – A signature Sri Lankan curry, sour and spicy
Dhal – red lentils simmered in coconut milk, lemon grass & spices
French Bean Curry
Eggplant Curry
Coconut Sambol -- a spicy condiment made of shredded coconut, chilies, & lime.
Radish Salad
Served with:
Mango chutney
Papadum – crispy thin wafers made of lentil flour
Dessert:
Coconut flan (wattalapam) with whipped cream and chopped cashews
*Please note: We use absolutely NO dairy in this meal, only coconut milk. The only gluten is in the breadcrumbs for the appetizer.
