Appetizer:
Fish cutlets – spicy tuna croquettes, breaded and deep-fried

Main Dishes:
Rice – steamed, fragrant Basmati rice
Dhal – red lentils simmered in coconut milk and lemon grass
Black Pork Curry – a spicy, tangy pork curry made with tamarind
Shrimp varuval – a dry shrimp curry
Carrot Curry
Tempered Leeks – leeks sautéed with onions, chili, garlic & curry leaves
Mallun – sautéed greens
Salad – cucumber, tomato & red onion in a lime/chili vinegarette
Mango chutney – a sweet/spicy condiment (home made, of course)
Papadum – crispy thin wafers made of lentil flour
